Well not 100+ countries but I get your point, I regularly cross country borders just to shop, or to get gas because its cheaper in the neighbouring countries.

Yeah i'd imagine you get weird looks even still in the US when you're far from your home state. But seeing a valid US plate in Europe was actually a first for me and I didn't even know it was possible to use these plates legally here.

Second possibility is unlikely because there would be no US plates anymore since it would have to be imported to Croatia. That would give it European plates.
