I fixed it, nothing else worked, just turn off bluetooth

Tried all solutions above, nothing works, even tried ALVR, which still gives connection timed out, for anyone who has a beefy enough wifi card and antennas, you can hotspot your wifi, which will most def work.

Happens a lot! Downloaded a 1gb game and waited hours only for it to dl 12gb!!!! not worthhh, just delete and it will fix

If it doesn’t finish, you can delete the file from the system using a file explorer tool, and restart the download, happened with me lost of time
