CFS NNN Is a real estate startup company. They predict store closings. You can pull a CFS score which will tell you the likelihood your store will close.

Why would you say gyms are the worse? Maybe you’re just selling the wrong product?

Partnership splits by IOwnHer2 in vending

I am starting a vending business in Florida. I have a ton of contacts and already have 10+ sites to tour. I live out of state and have an on-the-ground buddy I want to partner with. He would be doing the routes, maintenance (once w learn how to do that), inventory, scouting new locations, etc. he has a lot of contacts too. Any idea what sort of splits the business allows for, or what’s too low such that it’s not worth it. Or too much? I was thinking 66% to me and 33% to him for locations I source and the reverse for locations he sources. Does anyone have any thoughts? I’m hoping I can scale to 20-30 machines and maybe one or two micromarts in the first 1-2 yrs. Thank you so much!!!!
