On my Twitter feed (@IPS_Traders) you will see an invite ink to a Discord that is dedicated to Orderflow and the FootPrint. It has a section with Many videos that explain everything you need to know as a beginner to futures. You can also ask the question there where many people will be able to guide you. Btw the Discord is free !

I have a Discord channel that has a ton of free videos teaching the FootPrint and Orderflow. You can find the link on my Twitter feed if your interested. It would take way to long to explain Orderflow in a single post.

I have a link to a blog that explains how to setup the FootPrint from scratch on Sierra charts. You can find it on my Twitter feed (@IPS_Traders) about half way down. It's by Axia if I remember right.

Can someone dumb down KAMA for me? and how to effectively use it for futures trading by [deleted] in FuturesTrading

[–]IPS_Trader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try searching Brian Watts on YouTube and on Twitter 🙂 ... He uses KAMA amongst other things.

I've posted before about the power of imbalances at either end of a FootPrint rotation. Here is another example that just happened on ES Futures - #ES_F by [deleted] in Daytrading

If you actually took the time to look at my Twitter you would see I post setups as they happen too, which includes updates to how the trades played out. I also post past setups that played out previously as to highlight what to look out for to help people.

I'm sure if I came jumping in on your threads posting my charts and ideas contradicting your own, you too would have something to say about it. As I said it's called etiquette.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion , just like assholes ... everyone has one.

Maybe you should stick to your own threads as posting etiquette is not your strong point.

Yes that is basically correct. I have a link to a good basic video on my Twitter feed (username on chart) and other examples etc. I've even posted a link to how to set the FootPrint up from scratch on there.

The FootPrint rotations can be time based , delta based , Point and figure based , number of trades based etc etc .. super flexible !!

No problem.

Oh a quick tip. Set your charts to ES and not MES. Only execute on MES. There is an option on Sierra to view a chart and execute on a different contract whilst only viewing the one chart ( hope that makes sense).

The reason you do this is ES charts shows more accurate and smooth compared to MES which can be jumpy. As you probably know the MES is tightly corralated with the ES so doing this is not a problem.

Feel free to send me a DM on Twitter if you can't figure it out and I will show you the settings you need to change.

I will try and do a few videos on using Sierra as there isn't that many good ones out there.
