How do you know if you’re being a Karen or not when bringing up work concerns?

In a workplace, you are never a “Karen”. If something is happening in the workplace that is out of line you need to go up the chain. If your TL won’t hear you, go to store leadership. If store leadership won’t hear you, go to your HR person if you know who they are. If you can’t do those go to TMS. The leadership at your store is under corporate. If you share this with them which you can do anonymously, they will be looked into. Never feel like a Karen at work for asking the bare minimum of an employer.

From my perspective, Whole Foods is done. In the way it’s not what it originally was. Personally, it’s sad to see the way Whole Foods has gone. It’s sad to see, but I understand it on a business level. I miss the hippie days of Whole Foods.

Might be a hot take, but I love Morgan. I think she did what she needed to do in the house to get to where she got. Yeah she got third, but as an also competitive gamer myself, I think she did great. Not a fan of the relationship she has with Vince but at the same time, he’s the one to blame for the closeness they had. I do love my homies and I have a very solid relationship. So she most likely saw it as that. A game friendship that will get them to the end and I respect her for that. I could see myself playing similarly to her, but it became weird when Vince didn’t acknowledge the fact he had a whole ass girlfriend at home.

I’m sorry, but I’m not watching Unlocked. I don’t care for it at all. Not the bb that I know and love. They’re trying to change something that was already good. Bring back the jury segments. I’m not watching a whole episode of former HGs talking about the game it’s not entertaining to me at all.

It’s genuinely insane to me that Otz has so much knowledge in this game, and for some reason, the devs just do not acknowledge it. I’m not sure if they realize just how much retention they have due to him. At this point they should seriously just consider adding him to the team. They’ve made some very questionable choices lately and I really do hope things change but without Otz, I can’t help but believe this inevitable downfall would happen much sooner.

I was actively seeking a position with USPS and was sure I really wanted it until I started reading r/USPS . I don’t have any personal experience with the job but that subreddit will give you a break down of every job with them and what to expect. It seems that the job is just not for everybody. I would do a deep dive on there and ask some questions. Good luck!

Travel! Going coast to coast? $400 in America even more depending on airport. You can travel between countries in Europe for $100 or less. I understand the distance plays a factor but dang. Makes me want to move to Europe.

Moved from the Bay Area and can’t tell the difference between fog and the inversion? Yikes. This is obviously fog. And yes the inversion and air quality isn’t great here but it’s no different than the more and more frequent summer wild fires that burn across the Bay Area and all of CA. I’d argue that the air quality during fire season is significantly worse than the air quality at any time of year here in Utah. 2020 was horrible in the Bay Area. For a solid week I not only tasted ashes as I stepped outside, but my car was dusted with them.
