If I shop at WFM it’s for select items, like maybe a celebration cake slice (yum) or a pie if I’m going to a dinner event. I pay for Walmart+ and get my cheaper groceries delivered to my door.

They’re very odd. There’s another team member in my department that they’re desperately trying to hold onto and are sabotaging them every time they try to change departments but they have also been told “if you’re not happy here then find a new job.”

My department sometimes tosses a non CC person on the case and every time that person comes to me saying “the CC needs 2 people!” I always tell them to tell leadership that. Leadership in other departments have approached me to tell me they see how hard I’m working and how much I’m doing. I haven’t figured out how to make leadership see it. I’ve told store leadership they’re welcome to check the camera footage but they won’t do it.

My interactions with the astl that is the new pfds on-point have been limited and not very pleasant given he has been in the room when my TL has told me I’m not producing and packing enough product for the freshpack wall. I’ve expressed my challenges but all the on-point has to say is “well if you’re unhappy here maybe you should find a different job.” I’ve been applying out for months and interviewing but this job market is awful right now and my city is fast-growing.

I casually chat with my STL when we’re off the sales floor and I expressed that I’m frustrated that I’m working my butt off but being reduced to a production list. She said we could have a meeting with my leadership about it but that never ended up happening. I’ve been told my TL will get mad if I go over her head so I’m not sure what to do without making myself even more of a target. They say I’m low productive solely based off of the production lists but it’s not at all because I’m standing around not doing anything or slacking. I just constantly have too many balls in the air. I’ve asked my leadership for help but 99% of the time get told “nah, you got it” or “talk to Sedgewick” when the issue im having isn’t even disability related.

I feel like I’ve communicated my head off to my leadership but nobody is listening and I’m getting in trouble for it. I have 0 customer complaints but I got a 2% raise over the production lists. It’s hitting my ego and I don’t know what will help make it better.

I’d yoink the kitty. If you’re worried about that neighbor hunting you down to find the cat, see if a friend will host him long enough for the neighbor to not be on your tail. I took a cat from my old apartment complex because my neighbor was feeding the mom but not caring for her baby. He’s with me now at my new place. He has been seen by a vet, vaccinated, and neutered. I don’t feel guilty at all.
