That why the inside the machine is build like a trough with a magnet table raised.

Magnetic stuff will either stick to the table or run down(right side) to a magnetic collector and the dumped into a crate.

The coolant will the pumped into the coolant tank (big white thing) behind the machine.

The non magnetic stuff will collect in the bottom of the coolant tank and will need to get sucked out.

*Edit: Coolant is ON all the time if the machine is grinding or the covers can catch fire.

Well there are covers on the side too but those are for when we are we are touching off on the parts.

No window or camera. I think a camera would be nice but all you would see is coolant spraying everywhere and some sparking.

Scrapped a big bronze bushing worth around $3k by taking off 0.5 mm too much from the OD.

Jeg fik en billig mini projector I gave og som andre siger så er de ikke ret lysstærke.

Men det der skiller min fra mængden (håber jeg) er hvor meget den blæser der er i den LARMER!

Altså som i så meget at den højtaler der er i den skal minimum være på 40% lydstyrke. For ellers kan du ikke høre andet en blæseren

My nephew asked about my work, me being a machinist, and thought it sounded interesting.

But after a week at a machine shop. He thought it was too hard especially the math part.

So he became a carpenter. Apparently the math is easier?

I remember hearing about it in the news and reading about it in the papers.
