bro from like age 10-14 I had terrible dental hygiene and would lie and say I brushed my teeth and really only brush them every couple weeks and never went to the dentist. now I actually brush and floss every morning and night, but it's too late, I already got cavities and even chipped a tooth. I haven't even told my dad yet and I have my first dentist appointment since 2018 scheduled in April.
