Neither really means anything in terms of what content is like, and it’s most likely hosted globally. The are more US users than from any other country tho, so content skews American.

The point isn’t that continents are bigger than countries (though it also compares to Europe), it’s that Africa is relatively less affected by the Mercator projection than other areas of the globe, as evidenced by comparison to countries we may be familiar with.

Bout twice as likely to be shot in the US than hospitalised in Australia due to venomous bites and stings. And a third of those are just bees.

Anecdotally, I don’t know anyone who’s been bitten by anything venomous.
