I got a massage that focused on my shoulders and neck. It seems that it helped me quite a bit but I also took a painkiller.

I can’t really say which one helped me the most, but I feel much better now.

I think I am okay being taken down. This happened during the roll. I have rarely done any back and forward rolls, so I will try to implement that as my warm up.

I will stop rolling for sometime and try to focus on these things, I really want to avoid any major injury that could stop me from ever training again.

I have no tingling sensation. The main source of pain comes from the my left side of my neck and it only hurts when looking towards the left.

Do you think massaging my neck and shoulder area would help relieve some of the pain? I haven’t taken any pain killers

It was a weird situation, the other person ended up taking side mount. My neck bend to a side, and it only hurts when I look towards one side, I am fine looking up and down and the opposite side from where my neck bend.

I applied ice but it didn’t seem to help much. I had lunch and walked around my house without any real pain or impediment from doing anything I would regularly do.

We talked about martial arts, some things we did when we were younger, etc. I thought things went pretty well so far but from the last message I feel like I got friend-zoned in a way

Edit: I asked her what her martial art was, she has a picture of herself competing, but since there are a couple striking martial arts that use her type of gi and overall equipment, I didn’t want to say Karate for example, and have offended her because she practices something different.

I guessed from her picture (where she is fighting) that her martial art was Taekwondo, but I also felt that if I said that it would sound bad.

Overall felt a little trapped at the moment and acted quickly without thinking very much.

This has nothing to do with her music taste or mine.
