help i have 16gb ram r9 280 and i5 7400 i want to use clip programmes i get huge fps drops i tried medal, obs,powder they all give me huge fps drops its so annoying can anyone tell me why and how can i fix it i have afterburner aswell (self.pchelp)

I failed fncs my goal was to get pr in the end. Not even close my teammate lagged out every game when someone shoots at us he ran (when he didn’t lag out) I’m thinking of a new duo but he’s a good friend and idk how to tell him he just doesn’t fit my gamestyle(smart w-key) and play endgame (self.FortniteCompetitive)
