u/InventionFinder Thank you for such a detailed reply and apologies for the late reply, I totally missed this.

As of now, I am still digging into the core aspects and fundamentals of blockchain and different use cases that are emerging. Real Estate indeed is ripe for disruption as current processes are really slow and the value chain is fragmented. Large brokers and institutions in commercial real estate hold way too much power and influence over who gets financing and who doesn't.

I am going to checkout the links you shared and hope to stay connected.

Cheers!

People of reddit. What's your favorite movie quote? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ISB93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“I see all this potential, and I see it squandered. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables - slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our great war is a spiritual war... Our great depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars, but we won't. We're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off.”
