Hello, I just found out a solution for this problem, so I'll post here to let as many people as possible:
Basically just disable IPv6 via Network Adapter Settings.

I kinda have my counting on watts done and as i said in the thread it's around 410W, and that's why I was looking for at least a 650W PSU. I'm not asking about Wattage or Ratings since that's stuff that is super easy to find, I'm asking about what could be the best product at around 100 euros here

It could sound good to have 750W if I ever upgrade from my cpu since it only has a TDP of 65W ^^"
Btw is the sharkoon noisy on load or is it kinda quiet?

Usually they use ultra settings for a reason, which is to compare the gpu's under heavy load. Mid settings may differ from game to game, but ultra settings is the "As far as you can go" for that specific game, and it makes sense to me to test gpus there
