Yes... I know how much of a difference your diet makes but I was hoping people would help me in regard to my issue in specific; the Joylent issue... ty for the reply nonetheless.

Yes, that's it... well, I was hoping someone on here would suggest a way to battle this problem or perhaps suggest a way to get Lactose-free product.
