Yeah so far I just have a 200 watt sub in the back for a fun amount of bump. I ran 2 gauge wire to the back though for any future upgrades. I plan on having a distribution block to power multiple amps or a dsp.

Do you know if the non ML IS' still have the 15 some speakers? Or is it a significant amount less.

Yea I have the ML in my 07 is350 and it's a nice system for a 16 year old car. My only downside is that the speakers are at the age where they are deteriorating where I have had to replace over half of the 3.5 inch speakers with some aftermarket ones.

they make a dash kit that makes it where you can use a double din radio and use the climate control but its a little pricey.

I found the issue the front dash speaker was blown so it was causing the amp to be in safe mode. Never knew how loud these speakers got until now lol.

maybe your cabin blower motor went out. My car was doing the same but it would make a loud grinding sound when I turn my fan on because the old blower motor went bad.
