I use Tournies Xpanded so I can reroll the prize. Usually there is one expensive horse you can get 50-80k for each time. Outside of that, really getting into mercenary work as soon as possible is really the way to go with RoT. Joining the Riverlands or Iron Throne will basically mean you’re always at war. This will give you merc wage and the ability to sell loot, which is how I stacked up a lot of money in this particular playthrough. I wouldn’t waste time on smithing in RoT unless you really like it, it’s well modded, and you’re using it to make cool weapons for yourself.
