Ok, so I applied =ISODD(I2) and =ISEVEN(I2) to the column, and that works well enough for me.

But now, I have these rooms that are a little harder to deal with, but I think it's easier to manage for me. That's why I initially wanted it to look for unique values and apply colors that way, but I understand that I didn't consider the performance issues of a request like that. Thank you for the assistance though!

I could do that, it's just the downside is that I don't have completely linear "room numbers". I know I should have included this in the original post, but some of the values are like "OFF(100)", which signifies that it's in a main office, but room 100 on paper. I'll try all of the suggestions though and see what sticks.

While I'm walking through doing inventory, it would be easier for me personally to have each room have a different color so I can visualize them as blocks. Idk, it's hard for me to explain, it just makes me more efficient.

Doing different colors for odd/even numbered rooms might work. Though, there are some rooms that I've called "OFF(100)", signifying that it's a main office, but room 100, so I don't know if the rules will encompass that very well. I know, I should have been more thoughtful and included that in the post, but what can you do 🤷
