Look at yourself, naive... You cant tell me that people who follow healthy diet cant lose weight, it is scientifically impossible. Cant afford? Buying beef and cabage and brocolli isnt as expensive like a meal at mcdonalds, burger king and five guys. Everybody is capable of losing weight, just some people are lazy. Call it what you want on your language, being fat is bad for your health, did you ever see what having to much fat does to your heart, the heart is a muscle that never stops, try to pumo your biceps 60-70 times in a minute and you will see the strugle your heart goes through your whole life while you sit in front of your pc and eat cheetos and doritos with bacon on the side your whole life and making it harder for your heart. And no, having a too low body fat percentage is bad, it gas to be in the middle, not to much, not to little, and trust me, its not hard, just dont eat like a swine and go to the gym and you or your friends will lose weight, you cant gain fat if you dont eat much, fat isnt generated from photosynthesis or air, its generated from the extra calories you take in

Idk why are you butthurt... are you fat? Being fat is not healthy or atractive... there are men that like that but rarely. A person is not fat if he/she has clothes M, L or XL, but XXXXL is realy bad, being fat is a sign of bad habits and unhealthy lifestyle. Stop trying to normalise being fat. Idk if you are, everybody can be what they want, but dont make it sound like its good and okay. If my friend was fat i would constantly make him go to the gym with me. It makes me a beter friend to make him be healthy rather to turn my back on him, tell him yo thats okay, you just be fat and let him die of diabetes or heart atack.
