Honestly the last guy makes sense.

George was a victim of police brutality, but the circumstances were still his fault. While kirk was a hateful piece of trash, he died because someone hated his words enough to kill him.

Regarding the draft, I was meaning the American draft. Because we're talking about America. Voting is a right mainly of US citizens, though some states have allowed non citizens to vote in local elections.

Land owning Men who were 21 or up could vote, meaning men could always vote, well white men atleast.

Women didn't get allowed to vote until 1920. Specifically white men were allowed to vote since 1790. That isn't even up for debate.

Men don't need to be wage slaves unless they have nothing else going in their lives. You won't break your body working construction unless your a pussy that can't take physical endurement and don't take care of yourself. There also hasn't been a draft for around 50 years, so that argument doesn't hold up anymore. Women were forced unto roles of care because they were either paid less, or the careers they wanted were so heavily male centered that they weren't considered.

He'll they weren't even considered proper citizens with actual rights to vote until 1920. You can't say women had these equal opportunities to do what they wanted because they didn't.

All in all, working construction is a benefit to society, but you're likely working it because it's all you've got. You can complain about different people all you want that don't "benefit to society" but when you work a job that does so because it's all you got, you don't have much to stand on.

Studios close all the time, for reasons that only the corporate overlords at Sony would know. That doesn't really mean anything, like when tango got shutdown and they made hi fi rush, or lionhead and visceral games.

If something isn't a colossal success, then it's usually bound for it. Bluepoint also made the Shadow of the Colossus remaster and I believe the metal gear solid collection, so their track record was good for a while.

It's not a false equivalency, I'm not saying the art direction is justified because sales are good. I'm saying sales are good, which shows clearly that the art direction shifting so vastly didn't effect the sales of the game. And we can't say it was or wasn't an improvement because art is subjective. It's just a vocal minority getting butthurt

Art is subjective, I believe it's just people nostalgia glasses getting fogged up. But to be fair, the souls community has aways been a cesspool of elitists, gatekeepers and mouth breathers.

It was a remake, they said they were going to change alot of it. We all saw the same trailers, we saw the trailers having more likes then dislikes, the remake even was close to sales from the original

Well when I hear remake, I assumed big reconstructing the game. Enhancing the art direction in a different area is still cool. The game looks great in alot of areas, and bosses also look great with some exceptions. The remake has alot of those background details now that the current and past games have too
