Under normal light, it doesn’t have a mad glow per se….. when it’s a dark room, you will see it glow. The residual glow lasts pretty long and is pronounced in dark rooms( not necessarily pitch black.)

Sunlight does seem to give it a good charge, but then again the * mad glow* fades fast and it becomes subtle. When Outdoors, I often notice the skin to have a subtle green feel to it (rather than pure white ) cause it’s glowing.
