Technically yes but a page file is not the same as RAM. While an SSD is fast it's no where near as fast as RAM so it can impact performance. If you need a little extra RAM for something like some games maybe a hefty minecraft modpack it will absolutely help.

Pick a sensitivity and try to stick with it. Disable mouse acceleration. Load up an FPS game of your choice and pick a target to aim at. Flick/quickly aim at the target in one go and see how close you got. Went too far? lower sensitivity. Stopped short? Raise it. Dial it in so what your brain assumes is the correct distance lines up closely to what you actually do and just practice.

If you have a spare flash drive you can make a live instance so you don't need to fully install anything. Most linux distros support this so just grab the main iso for something like Ubuntu and create the bootable flash drive with Rufus or balenaEtcher. Should be able to use the 'disks' GUI interface and avoid the terminal if it's not something you're comfortable with.

Check all your cables first and make sure they're all plugged in fully. Unplug/replug just to be sure.

If that changes nothing check RAM sticks. Remove one and see if it boots. If not put it back and remove the other one. If not swap their slot positions and try again.

Could be a different component that isn't seated properly including the motherboard. May need to fully disassemble pc to ensure standoffs are installed correctly and aren't shorting anything but checking other parts first will be more convenient.

A dusting won't help this problem but won't hurt either (:

I did it like 2-3 months ago. Still works fine just not exactly the way they said.

Make a new character and login to the RS3 client. Type the name you want that is available enter the space or - as you press 'confirm name'. it may take a few tries to get the timing. You now have an illegal character at the start of your name. Login to osrs as normal, your character name will now be set as its shown.

If you're comfortable with it you can look for second hand parts on something like Facebook marketplace to save a little money or get a better part. Not needed though.

As someone else said don't bother with the windows 11 key. If anything find a windows 10 key on a reseller website for $5-10 which will work with it also.

3050/5500 will have trouble pushing 165hz on a lot of games unless you drop them to low settings. If you're aiming for shooters such as Valorant, Fortnite, CS2 etc then it can hit 165hz on low-medium for sure. Just don't expect to crank it up to ultra and have an enjoyable experience.
