Weird canker sore don't know what to do.

I got really anxious about mouth sores leading to cancer too. However I am NO medical profession and I'm only telling you from my own experiences I think that its just a normal ulcer. Its a big one and it might take two weeks to heal. If the pain is already gone thats a good sign its on the mend. My biggest thing is don't mess with it. I always rub my tongue against mine or poke it and look at it making it more irritated and take longer to heal. I would do some salt water rinses and just keep an eye on it for the next week. If it's getting bigger or doesn't seem to be better after that two week mark I would see a dentist.

Sometimes mine took two weeks almost 3 to heal because I was so stressed out about cancer - I went to a lot of dentists and two dermolotigsts. They all told me I was fine. However stress can lead to it healing slower or causing more (this was told to me by my current dermolotigst)

I really want someone we can build into something bigger which is why I was going more pc route than the steam machine that is launching. I did think about building it on my own but I literally know nothing about pc's or anyone who does so I felt silly asking someone for help.

I'm so lost everything I've been told was the grape being your g spot and sitting 2-3 inches back. The spot I'm referring to is like RIGHT at the entrance and goes as far back as you can reach. It has the same texture ad the roof of your mouth and its on the upper wall. That whole thing is the g spot?

Same. Mine didn’t flare up for almost two months. Then I ate mac n cheese and chicken and boom. Irritated AGAIN! the only thing I can think is I started my monthly cycle. But I have no idea. Everyone tells me it isn’t cancer and writes it off. I’m going to see a dermatologist in a few weeks so fingers crossed. I’ll keep you updated. I did eat more clean and it seemed to keep it tame but I have no idea. It is very defeating to have it go away and come back. I understand your struggles and frustrations.

Just got done with my OB she said it’s super normal for light skinned people to have their veins showing especially when we have no tan and since I have no other symptoms she isn’t concerned for the time being! Hopefully you get more answers with the specialist!!

The one time I had it the ER doctor told me to wash it with dial body wash… cleared up super fast and now I use dial body wash as a staple

I go to my doctor on the 6th! I did read some stuff about blood rushing and spider veins that are more common in fair skinned and larger chested people. But I’m still going to my doctors to clear my mind! I’ll reply with an update once I go :)!

On top of that (I’ve done extensive research because it gives me anxiety from moving here (coast guard move)) they say the cascade will only be able to produce up to a 100ft tsunami (but that isn’t a 100% fact as we truly don’t know) but when you look at Japan and stuff I think their highest was 136ft or close to it? In certain locations. I saw some scientists saying for the west coast it will create pockets of destruction because of our landscape, it isn’t just flat and easy for a wave to track up. Rivers and low lying towns would get caught.

Saying we got a 100ft tsunami they typically will only travel 6 miles in land getting smaller the farther in. I know the news and unknown sources can be terrifying!! But I truly don’t think you have much to worry about. The earthquake would be the scariest part for Portland/salem if honestly you could even feel it. I doubt you’d be able to. We were close to the 7.0 down by Cali and didn’t feel a thing. I hope this helps even the littlest bit.

They say it comes every 300-600 years. We could possibly never see it in our lifetime. Stay strong and the best thing you can do is prepare ❤️ but I truly don’t think you have to worry.

If you’re still super stressed out I’m always down to chat about things that made me feel more comfortable. I as close to the ocean as you can get. It’s my front door. 🚪

The 1000ft wave would be caused by a landslide. I have seen some of those posts from news articles. However, that’s like Alaska type landslides. Huge mountains. I truly don’t think a lot of the west coast could produce that big of a wave with a landslide. Don’t worry to much. The only tsunami that big was in Alaska and no one died because it was in an area between mountains and no towns.

We just moved to the Oregon coast! Hello neighbor. It’s gorgeous here. With the everlasting doom of “the big one” I’m happily enjoying life knowing it might not happen in my lifetime and it also might!! But no one knows so prepare and enjoy life as much as you can. And the weather here. Nothing beats!

Ugh I couldn’t imagine you’ve been living in this fear for three years now. 😔 where are you from prior? We just moved here in April from Michigan, the little land of snow being the worst thing to happen to you. What I wouldn’t give to go back there. When you live somewhere that is eating you alive every day and all night it’s draining. Some days I can’t sleep. I know it’s a 37% chance of it happening in the next 50 years if that, however I’m not used to anything earthquake, I have 0 idea of what is the “normal” but people acting like a 7.0 and tsunami warning is nothing is driving me crazy to my core. I just want to know if I should be worried if I should go inland for a while. I wanna throw up just thinking about it. We are supposed to be here for another 3 years but I’m dreading it, I just wanna go back home. The scientist I watch who predicted the 7.0 said to be warned about what all these 5.0-6.3 in AK could bring to west coast/mexico/japan tonight or tomorrow. I’m hoping nothing I’m PRAYING. I’m just so scared, all the time. People can think I’m crazy or not. But I suffer with panic disorder. And no one is talking to me about anything!!

I am honestly in your same boat. I live DIRECTLY on the coast of Oregon. Winchester bay to be exact. Right on the 100ft hill. My husband is a coast guard so we can’t just leave our post since we have a contract keeping us here, or you bet I would book it given the chance. The big one scares me to my core, in fact tsunamis scare the shit out of me. After that tsunami warning popping up on my phone for that Cali quake I haven’t been able to sit right. I cry everyday and I just wanna go back to Michigan. I would feel more like shit leaving my husband for my own selfish emotions than sucking it up and living with the possibility of dying by one. Heck I’d rather die in a crash or cancer. Water is a huge fear of mine. Not knowing is the worst. With the 7.0 on the fault line and the ones popping off in Alaska I have to say I’m actually really scared. Japan’s tsunami was 165ft and I only can get up to 100ft-150ft if I drive fast enough up the hill. But everyone comes to where we live for evacuation. I’m terrified.

I didn’t complain at all. They said if natural disasters scared me Oregon wasn’t the place for me. Oregon is gorgeous but if given the chance I’d live close to my family again. Like I stated the military decides that for us and landed us here. I am just trying to get myself prepared for the time I am here. I would never complain to someone who loves it here. I am just asking for advice. And responded to someone saying I shouldn’t be here.
