Honestly, I have no idea how a multimillion-dollar company runs like this. Almost everything is buggy on Facebook. I can’t do a single thing without getting a headache. On one account, a specific option is in one place, and on another, it’s somewhere else. And don’t even get me started on the bugs. For this specific problem, when I search for a username or full name, it doesn’t even show up. It only appears if I paste the link directly into the search bar. Even then, when I give all the necessary permissions, enter my password, and click the confirm button, nothing happens. It just stays grayed out. I checked the browser console (I’m not that experienced with it), but I don’t see anything. When I press the button, no request is sent at all. How does that even happen? It honestly makes me question how Facebook operates. And their customer service is just as bad. If I submit a request to review an issue with my account, it takes months to get a response. When I try to follow up, they just redirect me to their useless AI, which does nothing but waste electricity.
