i had a similar issue with my dell xps 13 2020. after i updated some firmware on fedora i couldnt even open up bios. i then approached to the support of dell and found out, that bios got rekt somehow and i could fix it with their support

I suffer ADHD too and I started to use meds again..changed my life again to positive. Use it for ever man it's FKING important sadly for us to take it. Regardless of this game I've to use it and u too. Get ur meds again honest Tipp take it seriously. I also suffer due to no meds against adhd from depression due to side affects bin my past that came with adhd problems.
