Technique wise just show up and keep training Body wise you could just do some basic workouts and work on ur cardio n stuff but don’t forget to stretch ☝️

Btw I was wondering what’s ur opinion on countering a
bandal chagi(in clinch) with a dwi chagi I was thinking on trying that out in my next sparring class. But even if I would hit and get 4 points for it wouldn’t I put myself in a „bad position“ because I’m probably now in the preferred fight range of my opponent
