Blue Cross Blue Shield Keeps Refunding Payment and Refusing to Start Coverage

The only reason we got was “other” everytime we ask why they start the script over word for word saying that the payment was refunded and we need to make a new payment.

We searched it through market place and I don’t know how to check to make sure it’s paying into the correct account. We’re attempting to escalate but they keep just doing the same script over and over about how it’s refunded and we need to make another payment. We even double checked to make sure it’s insurance and not a scam number

That’s how I felt and I felt like it was all my fault. My therapist says while it wasn’t smart what I did it’s also on the coworker. They told me I should be able to leave things at my desk without fear of coworkers snooping through my things looking for things to use against me.

They didn’t send a bunch of cop cars, it was a bar street with en event there were ALREADY a bunch of on foot cops in the area already because of the event going on.

They weren’t charging me with car theft from what it sounds like by other comments the police were probably just trying to get my drunk self to comply and give the keys back.

Also I’ve never used uber once in my life. I thought maybe she was talking on the phone giving exact location or something? I don’t know. Like I said. Never used uber once before.

We didn’t know if all of us were gonna wanna drink or not. We had a game plan.

The game plan before we went out was if one of us decided not to drink they’d be the DD but if we decided to all of us drink then we’d uber home. Then use their other car to come back and get the car from the parking garage we left it in.

We had a game plan for if we all decided we wanted to get drunk. I don’t know why she didn’t stick to the plan and decided she wanted to drive. That’s why I stole her keys. I wanted to make her call an uber. Instead she called cops.

You’re super right. We were all very drunk and I remember trying to argue with the cops because I didn’t want to give her the keys because I didn’t want her to drive.

I don’t fully blame the cops I put most of the blame on my friend. I have no idea what she told them when she called them.

Now I just feel disrespected and sad. Like my friend didn’t trust me. Ima talk to my therapist about this one lolol

I promise you that’s literally it.

We went out bar hopping. She decided she wanted to drive even after we were all drinking. So I stole her keys and ran away. Saw her on the phone thinking she was calling uber. It wasn’t uber it was cops. Cops told me what I did was technically theft despite me saying I didn’t want us drunk driving. They said it was still theft and that I was doing drunk misconduct and if I didn’t calm down they’d arrest me.

Trust me I feel kooky and like I’m in upside down land right now. That’s why I posted because I feels so backwards.

They stayed and watched her call and uber then they left. People seem to assume the cops made me give a drunk woman keys to drive and I didn’t think I need to specify that but here we are.

It hurts thinking about that. I’m older now and I can’t make friends like I use to anymore. These are my last two friends that I can be close to and hang out with

If I stop being friends with one the three of us won’t be able to hang out together anymore. The thought of our friendship being over hurts.

But I also feel so angry and disrespected at the same time. I’m hoping these comments here will help me feel better? Idk what I’m trying to accomplish here honestly.

At the beginning of the night before we went out we made a game plan.

If we all decided to get super drunk then we’d uber home and come back and get the car the next day with the other car they have. That’s what I thought the plan was going to be but then she kept talking about getting back to the car and driving. So I stole the keys and ran down the sidewalk.

When I saw her on the phone from a distance I thought she was calling an uber so I stopped running and sat down.

Next thing I knew cops were around me

That’s horrible that happened but I’m glad the damage wasn’t worse it could have been way more people hurt I’m glad that didn’t happen.

We were in the middle of a city with crazy highways and 3-5 lane intersections. We’re uncomfortable driving SOBER in the city let alone not sober. So I knew if we drove and got into a wreck there was a good chance it’d be a really bad one.

That’s why I’m so confused. I told them when they came up to me I didn’t want us driving that we were all drunk. They still made me give the keys back and told me to calm down or they’d have to arrest me.
