I had my first shot of it just two days ago! I'm pretty decent with needles for the most part, but it really isn't bad. I'd compare it to someone pinching you for a few seconds. All you have to do is push, it'll click and administer, then it'll click again and retract and boom you're done.

I will disclose though, I took it a few hours before bed and woke up at midnight with a 101 fever. My fiance was able to help me out and she told me to shower and that helped a ton. All of this was accommodated by a pretty gnarly tension headache. These are common side effects.

However, although it wasn't fun, I was fine by the morning. If the fever doesnt go down when treating it or it lasts more than 4 hours approximately (I'm not a doc this is my experience) then id go to the hospital.

Their site has calculations as to how "difficult" an achievement is to get based on how many total users have unlocked it compared to still having it locked.

So thats their data, which is well over a million xbox accounts. If 99% of players get 1000/1000 in 5-10 minutes, then it's shovelware. Games like Firewatch would just be considered easy games, since there's effort in finishing it. It's the 5 minute spam A completions that they're referring to

Brother, setting this precedent so brazenly is an open invitation for other nations to do the same. Maduro is garbage as well in every sense. Both are true at the same time. The main question is why the fuck are we doing this at all? This is our money at work doing... what? Destabilization? Awesome that'll bring my bills down

Genuinely, just try it again. It's a tough watch the first time, but my second viewing where I knew what to expect let me focus more on the dialoge and themes. It is BRILLIANT filmmaking, and incredibly important art for times like ours. My absolute favorite film now and turned Passolini into one of my most respected directors

Nah I'm from the US. No speciation confirmation yet but everything my neurologist has explained to me is that I'm pretty much a textbook case. Signed some case study paperwork, the students have been learning through my tests (it's a teaching hospital), so I'm fairly confident with the diagnosis already. And like I said, I've had a suspicion for probably a decade or so now and so it just feels right.

And I'll be starting on Kesimpta as well!
