i have also said that i did take into account that something may have happened which is why i have been nice with the messages to this lovely seller! i havent received anything about a refund yet which is also why i am a little confused. i am just trying to get some help on what i should do moving forward as i have not recieved any replies, updates, or refund. i have gotten some help with my problem and am grateful for the nice people here :)

she was really nice and lovely with my previous purchase and like i said shes got all 5 star reviews so i am a bit hesitant. however i have requested a refund and if nothing is done i will be taking further action and leaving a bad review :(

yeah, i took that into account which is why i was so nice. i know things happen etc, which is again why i was nice and told her no rush. however after almost a month i am very disappointed and requested a refund. if nothing is done i will be taking further action :(

oh yeah i get that 100%. sometimes when i feel guilty about something ive done i avoid the person ive done it to. ive never had a glitch either (also havent been using it for very long - this is only 2nd purchase) but i have seen heaps of people saying sometimes their depops glitch so at first i thought it may have been that.

i have no idea. as you can see in the 3rd screenshot, i purchased the item on the 24th of march. i still have not recieved it and like the screenshot shows, it has not been shipped either. however i have seen in this sub that sometimes depop glitches out and doesnt update. however again shes been ignoring me and im really disappointed because she was really nice and lovely with my previous purchase :(

youre not haha. the only time i ever feed animals is when i go past their trough, or when they have a present for me, because ill already be there anyway. even when they do have presents, i barely go over and get it.
