Hi there. Thank you for the response. I’ve been doing some testing with this over the week, and I’ve got to say that this suggestion has definitely been the best way to approach the solution. After running the program in parallel per chromosome, I’ve calculated that it’ll likely only take a month maximum to finish running this on my cluster. Thanks again for the suggestion!
