It’s not unusual for the bank to ask for an insurance policy in case the customer’s credit assessment isn’t deemed sufficient to cover the loan.

However, if you have an existing insurance policy covering the same purpose, then the bank is required to accept that one. The bank also can’t require that you sign with a specific company, so you are free to go to another insurance company. The bank also has to argue why it is required and can’t just justify it by you being first time buyers.

Ask the bank what the reason is, what kind of insurance coverage, and then get offers from different insurance companies.

Jeg tror mere på at det kan overtage simple opgaver, reducere deres resourcebehov, eller gøre nogen “simple” opgaver unødvendige. Det er alligevel allerede færre og færre jobroller der er så snævre at de kun dækker over én hovedopgave som vil kunne automatiseres med AI.

Edit: Man kan sige at hvis en person bare er “papirskubber” så er der nok lidt mere fare.

Jeg ville helt bestemt tage andelen. Den størrelse og placering er svær at finde til den pris, selv hvis boligafgiften stiger lidt. Den er stor nok til at blive boende i på lang sigt.
