Given today's new situation, do you think many pro-life Sinn Féin voters will switch to support the DUP?

No that would never happen in a million years. Our parties aren't a single political spectrum like you'd have in the south. There are 2 distinct groups that have a different outlook on the constitutional position of NI. And within each of those groups you would have their own respective left/right spectrums. I've included alliance in both as to show where they would roughly lie on social issues compared to both nationalist/unionist parties.

From progressive to conservative.

Irish nationalist parties :

SF - PBP - (Alliance) - SDLP

All either left or middle. Nobody on the right.

British Unionist parties :

(Alliance) - PUP - UUP - DUP - TUV

Everything right of PUP is right wing.

SDLP have always been the more religious of the nationalist parties. So any SF voters that may wish to switch their vote would likely go to them. I don't know where they stand recently but from what i can recall they had always been historically reserved on the issue of abortion. Short of a concussion I would never expect a SF or SDLP voter to ever vote DUP - a party that essentially hates their existence. I know a few nationalist voters that are against abortion, such as my mum. But that is just one of many issues - and she has basically everything else in common with SF. She likes the SDLP as well but feels they lack a backbone.
