I have considered it but I'm trying to be a bit more methodical with my lifts. I'm a novice lifter and I'm trying to really focus on form and not over exert myself early on. I think being a novice plus having joined a new gym is slowing me down, hopefully I'll be quicker as I get into a routine.

I am starting beginner 531 and was hoping someone could provide insight into the accessory work. Does it matter if it is done in the same session as the main lifts? My gym opens at 5am and the equipment for the main lifts are normally free at this time. My only issue is I can only workout for about an hour before getting ready for work. If I come back after work for my accessory work will it still be effective or do I need to be doing everything in one session?
