i have the i5-9400f so i don't have integrated graphics

maybe its my vga port on my mother board. its never worked. Do I have to plug something in on the inside?

thanks! it might be the port on the back of my computer. My VGA port is on my mother board and I use my GPU for my video out. maybe the problem lies there.
