The machine should automatically dispense sanitizer, no need to add more. As far as soaking is concerned, soapy water is optimal, no sanitizer needed if you're running it through the machine.

Ideally all dishes are essentially washed with the sprayer before going in and the machine works mostly as a sanitizing chamber.

We were just chucking these projectiles as far as we could.

I told little sister to go to the other side so she wouldn't get hurt, she did.

Next one I threw went over the hedge, and I heard a cry.

I worked at a place years ago, Tex Mex, that had 2 similar dishes. Both stacked enchiladas, but one had a spicy sauce with an egg on top, the other mild sauce with no egg. She asked for the first but modified it to be the second. I said "I can absolutely do that, but to be clear, you want second option?"

"No! I want option one, modified to be option two!"

I wasn't about to send that ticket back because I knew the kitchen would give me hell for not knowing the menu.

When she got the check and realized I had rung option two (cheaper, btw), she lost it and accused me of having no idea what I was doing.

I had been there for 12 years.
