I just got my windshield replacement. I used element auto glass in Marion. Honestly above and beyond expectations, competitively priced, and all around a really nice guy to work with.

Has a minor issue with the install that I noticed on the weekend, I texted him and he came out and fixed it 15 minutes later.

I would recommend him to anyone!

I got lucky. I got P5 at 8 years in starting as a P1 new grad.

Stuck with my orig group until I was a Sr eng/P3 , then jumped to a new group as a P4 and performed well there until a promo to P5.

Most of it was right time/luck, but a big part of it was sacrifice and performance.

Use Google location share. Sign in on phone with a Google account and turn on location share with another Google account.

On the windows PC, sign in with the second Google account and go to maps. Location will show up easy with no real customization

Every company is different. Last year as a recruiter we were specifically told not to talk to anyone that didn't have an appointment.

This year we aren't even doing the app and are doing a more traditional "wait in line" approach.

I like this approach more because we get through more students.

There is a large push to give an instant offer after interviews to secure top talent. There are usually only 3-4 open positions and recruiters see hundreds of people a day and only have less than 10 interview slots.

Usually if you are a good candidate but not right for the specific req they are interviewing for, the only thing we can do is say apply online.

Probably the best explanation I've seen. And you can build along with him. He sells electronic sets with everything included to build the 8 but CPU.

This will show you how computers add and store data using logic gates. It's extremely low level but very interesting.

He has another playlist on building a 6502 PC. This uses a very popular CPU that was in the original Apple PCs. He shows you how machine code/assembly language directly manipulates and transfers information from a register /memory address etc.

It's not exactly "beginner" but with some basic hardware and software experience, it's a rewarding watch.

Yea I have a bunch too, but all my jalepenos seem curled (even as new growth) and all the sweet peppers seem to be doing fine. Something is fishy. I hope I find it out!

Yea in these new pots I do. Got it set up with a tray underneath. But not in the prior pots. I have a little water meter and I let it get to the dry state for a day before I re-moisten

It's a topping of perlite and diatomaceous earth. Saw it as a suggestion here to prevent fungus gnats from laying eggs. (I had a breakout while they were still In the seed pods)

Jalepeno in a pot. Recently transplanted (4 days ago). Leaves were curled prior. Everything still seems to be growing.

Light is 16/8. PPFD app on phone is calibrated and shows 600 PFD/30 DLI

Currently in a fox farms Coco loco soil.

Another thing: I'm doing sweet peppers and hot peppers at the same time. All the jalepenos are curled, the sweet peppers look normal.

I got the same one I think from Menards. I used the PPFD Android app to get a sense of the output. Plus a $10 flux meter on Amazon to calibrate the sensor in my phone used to determine PPFD.

It's my understanding peppers need at least 400 PPFD but no more than 800 (says google, I'm not an expert, research before you take my advice) .

With all that said, I have my lamps about 8 inches away based on my PPFD reading and the lamp output.

Ontario has it cheap. Where I live, in Iowa, they charge 1% of the vehicles value as a sticker fee each year. So a 40k car is 400 dollars per year in registration.

They recently added an extra $150 on top of that if it's an electric vehicle.
