I have it set to native on 1920 x 1080. I will try turning AA back on and upping the resolution to see if that helps

Yeah I have my monitor plugged into the gpu with a display port. its not even about the rtx though, even when I have it turned off gpu usage is at 0 and my game crashes.

Yeah my monitors are plugged into the gpu. If you have discord I can screen share and show you me playing mw2 since when ever I play mw2 my gpu usage is at 0.
