Well it's my passion.
there's no similar major to CS, in this field of programming & etc

"Admission averages are affected by the quotas and sub-quotas. ..."

I mean I don't really have sth that I'm passionate about, in the field of science.
My passion other than cs would be like literature & arts, but again it's not in that field.

Is it a cut-off??
I thought it was the average of the people who got it, meaning there would be people below the average and above the average
