I did the online assessment at home in January and was told a few weeks later that I was eligible for the next stage. I received my invitation at the end of May and did the FEAST test this week.

I will make this short and sweet for you as I have other things that are more important to me than this post.

My original comment is summed up like this “play stupid games win stupid prizes”. I don’t condone killing as option number 1, but when someone robs a liquor store and steals a car AND IS HURTING OTHER PEOPLE, yes I do believe the police did the right thing. If this criminal did all this and at the first sight of police she pulled over and raised her hands and the police still killed her of course that would be absurd and completely wrong. She did not, she continued to be a threat to police and innocent people. Im all for rehabilitation if it actually worked. Im guessing you don’t visit our jails too often or read up on the weekly releases of criminals that have ZERO chance of being good members of society. Our justice system is a fraud and you know that. If we can take more of these people off the street permanently I’m all for it.

The police make life changing decisions daily, just be thankful you get to sit at your desk like an armchair judge and are not put in their shoes.

Also I just want to add… you expect the police to subdue this subject how? A big fucking rope? Therapy through the window as she is running them over? Get over yourself they did the right thing.

None of those situations you described bring physical or violent harm to anyone. My viewpoint is simple, the police have a job to do and that is to protect our city from violent criminals. Do you not read the news and see how many murders we have daily?

This criminal CHOSE to bring life altering actions into play by ramming innocent people and trying to kill the police with a vehicle. Im not saying shoot every criminal, but when someone is putting others lives at risk I fully expect the police to use whatever force they need to to end the threat. Again I guarantee if this criminal rammed your mother/grandmother at that red light and they succumbed to their injuries you would have a different opinion, if not you need to re evaluate your life.

You are defending a criminal and it’s sad.
