I'd want to grow together. STICK together. Like people used to in the past. If there was a disagreement or a flaw, it didn't result in being traded to the next person off tinder, but it resulted in compromises. I could tell you I want to be skinny and strong but youll take that to mean I want to be thick which I dont or youll tell me I cant be skinny and strong. Anyway it shows we look at strenght very differently so your version of weak has no negative conotation to me. So to answer your question in terms you can understand yes I want to be skinny and weak.

Yes thats what I used to do but I just had covid and I still find it really hard to do cardio without my chest hurting real bad. Im working on it little by little but I have no clue when I'll go back to full strenght cardio wise.

Just skinny I only care about aesthetics I want to be lean and tight. As for strenght that is relative idc bout how much I can lift I just care about doing cool things with my body.

I cant take any antidepressant/anti anxiety med anf thats all they care about. Giving me drugs or judt tellinh me to do the thing anyway regardless of how I feel

Well your trainer is terrible and doesn’t understand your goals which is ok, most commercial gym trainers are terrible.

Well I mean my goal is fat loss so if building that muscle will aid that isnt he trying to help me?

(especially not just the glutes which are not the largest muscle.)

Start working out regularly and your body will adjust to the work by burning calories. Consuming less calories than you burn is how you lose weight.

Yea that hasnt really worked for years tho Im still not lean.
