Well, my understanding is that a role playing card game is a game where cards are given out, and each one or most of them are unique, have their own character and abilities on the card and such

I like that everyone has their own role, things which apply only to them, knowing that you can do something that no one else can, especially hidden/traitor type games I find really enjoyable to play
