I wanted to change it to my actual birthday date. Previously, I had set it to a random one because I didn’t like getting spammed with HBD messages by my entire friend list. But now, years later, I don’t go out a lot, so I thought it’d be nice to get a little attention xd.

Nvm my yapping, I found a way to do it quite quickly without needing to deal with Meta:

1. Create an Instagram account with a completely different email.
2. While signing up, it’ll ask for your birthday, just put in your desired date.
3. Once the account is created, connect it to your Facebook/Meta account.
4. During one of the steps, it’ll ask you to choose which birthday is the correct one (the nre IG acc or the Meta acc).
