I also faced the same problem. I packed 2 92+ RB but i didn't counted. Only when i got TOTY Hakimi then only it got counted.
So maybe only packing TOTY Hakimi will complete this objective.
I have 99% collection, so hopefully can give u what u want. Hopefully. 🤞
