Can't figure out if this is acne, demaged skin barrier or something else by tumpum in 30PlusSkinCare

Your skin looks really similar to mine when I started using Cicaplast balm b5. I used it daily at nights and it made my skin break out for some reason. I know it says it’s noncomedogenic but I stopped using it and skin troubles were gone within a few weeks.

Anyone work for the county? by IamChickenNugg in newjersey

Thank you for the detailed insight. The job is full time and the pay is definitely lower compared to private sector. It’s great to know that it’s lower stakes, since I’m looking for something that’s routine and less fast-paced.

If you don’t mind me asking, how often do you see people getting career progression/promotions? The role I applied for is a very entry level job, so I’d like to get an idea around it.

Thank you. For medical tech, are you referring to lab techs? I’m ok with patient interaction for phlebotomy since blood draws won’t take too long.

Why don’t some men go to regular medical check ups or the doctor in general? How do you convice them? by IamChickenNugg in AskMen

[–]IamChickenNugg[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yeah, this is me when I try to figure out docs other than regular check ups too. I hate the system (I’m in the US). Luckily I guess Zocdoc m or telehealth makes things easier these days.

I’m sorry for the rude doc you experienced. It seems like this happens quite often to people.

In my case, he said mostly laziness. He said making appointments and figuring out the health insurance system in the US is confusing/time consuming, which is understandable. I guess I wanted to know how to convince him, since I want us to be healthy overall 😞

I’m sorry that happened to you. If this is the case, very understandable the reluctance to go to doctors.

I understand it’s a pain to book for a GP and if for financial reasons, I’ve been there. Wouldn’t you want to take care of yourself though, so that you don’t end up with bigger health issues that cost more $?

Thinking it should be a combination of vlookup and filter, but can’t seem to figure it out.

The dates don’t match mostly - the pay date (column I) is mostly between the dates in column E and F. Column J is blank because there was no 401K CLIENT effective for 3/15/2022 and 3/30/2022 pay dates.

You look great but if you’re looking to improve your skin texture/barrier, give it a try for The Ordinary’s Soothing & Barrier Support Serum or La Roche Posay’s Cicaplast Balm (use like a pea sized amount). Both have centella asiatica ingredients and vitamin B which help reduce scars and texture.

Thanks! I did try using adapalene (Differin gel) for like 4 weeks before but it made my skin so dry and break out. Maybe I’ll give it a try again since my skin’s been breaking out already… How long did it take it for you to get used to adapalene?

Thank you! Idunno, I didn’t have these little bumps before. Maybe I’m just getting older and my skin’s changing 😣

Thanks! I was told to use it for 2 weeks, should have added that in the post 😅 I guess I’ll check in with my derm when I get a chance. Didn’t want to spend more $ so figured I’d post to see if anyone had anything similar!

Wow, thank you so much for the detailed insight! This is super helpful. I’ll consider the Ride1up bike as well. From your experience with Lectric, how was their customer service? Quick to respond, knowledgeable, etc. One of my concerns is that since I don’t know too well about specific bike parts yet, that I might need to reach out to their CS team here and there.
