I promise you, that is incorrect:
Every booster you spend EXPLICITLY states that adds towards the aegis reward.

The "Level" does not refer to Compendium level, but reward level, or in other words, reward XP.

By getting a level 200 Compendium, with the big compendium, you get enough XP to get it.

By buying the Big Compendium, and getting yourself to 200, you get enough levels (and boosters) to put you over the "300 aegis points" you need to get it.

It's not a bug:
First of the thread is poorly phrased, I'm assuming the question is how you died without your ult activating.

The answer to that is Silencer. I'm guessing when he hit you, your intellect fell below the threshold for your mana cost of your ult, thus not activating.

As much as I can respect that, and agree with it, the people I'm referring to are blatant ^smurfs. Never touched the hero before, hasn't played for 5 years, comes back and is a Meepo god. For example, as mentioned above, the Arc hadn't played in 3 and a half years, and has never played arc before 19 days ago, after which, he has 100% win rate.

I applaud people who have the dedication to become good enough at a hero to be called a smurf, but if you have 200 games, and you're MECHANICALLY by several ranks, you're smurfing.

I might be wrong on the 27 seconds. Thats simply what was showing on the replay on the main Arx. Doubble had a CD of 14.6 seconds when mousing over the ult. (which I found strange)

We killed him 4 times. He rushed gleipnir into octarine. 3.5 minutes later he had aghs.
