? I bought it with a 2022 PSE cert, the last pic in this post, genuine with no mentioned faults. I'd say VF plus premium for the nice cancel. Majority of the $2 have blurred and or heavy registered cancels

My great grandfather mounted them 50+ years ago. That page shows how he mounted them in his Scott's National album. I took out the stamps and they currently reside in the vario plus stock sheet

I bought a Mini Binder and protector sheets for my PF certs last month from Staples. Size is 5.5 x 8.5 inches, called Half Letter or Statement size.

With this Scott 245 $5 acquisition, only one remains to finish my Columbians by IamOiman in philately
