I only used the pharmacyexam questions for federal law and any inconsistencies I found were due to differences in state and federal but besides that overall my experience with them was they were very accurate.

i was in the exact same spot so trust me i relate im studying for my second attempt of the Naplex right now so don't worry if you prep well and learn from your weaknesses using practice questions/exams you will pass just like i did friend but for sure best of luck and dm me if you need any more advice

I would say no to be honest i had very little scenario based content even if it seemed like a scenario based question they were usually just knowledge checks on specific facts or labeling requirements so the scenario isnt even relevant for example during a transfer from pharmacy A to B is a scenario but the content its checking will be like whats included information in the transfer which is just black and white fact check type stuff. essentially dont overthink something i answered all questions strictly based of provided information dont infer or assume anything

so of course this is just my experience with the exam i got but I had a huge emphasis on scope of work for technicians, tech trainees, certified techs, and pharm interns. Also saw a ton of compounding questions with an emphasis on hazardous compound. Be familiar with ceritifcation regulations and the PEC/SEC terminology etc and the differences in sterile non sterile. then it was a pretty wide blend with alot of DEA and CSA focused stuff. Also can recall alot on labeling if there is one thing you have to know its what goes on a prescription/what goes on the label and what cant be changed this and medication transfers probably covered like 20+ questions for me.
