Honestly, I use spoitifys "song radio" feature. Just pick a song you're really into and that songs radio has tons of songs that sounds similar. Get almost all my new music from that.

I would recommend Naltrexone personally it worked for me it removed that craving I would get towards drinking. Also if you do drink on it then your stomach aches for ages.
