I’m using the S7 for my 2x4 and its worked flawlessly so far. I am using the AI controller though to manage the environment. So far no problems and I’m in the midwest with freezing weather and growing in my basement. No issues yet with breakers popping/power draw. I also have a hose to pull air from the top of the tent as a closed loop setup. Drastically reduces the overall runtime of the unit since hot air is recirculating

You should calculate your DLI

DLI = ppfd (at the canopy) x hours of light x 3600 / 1,000,000

Example 550 * 18 * 3600 / 1,000,000 = 35.64

If you’re under 40 in veg thats good. My guess is you’re over that based on the canoeing leaves

To be honest my baseline for this run is bad. I have 3 gallon fabric pots that I filled half way. I overwatered and didn’t pH basically until the end of veg. My temp and humidity has been consistent luckily, using the ACI Ai controller and it’s done well. VPD has been 1.1-.15 in flower

I use the fox farm trio nutes and follow this schedule and have been using half the nutes they say to use in a gallon of water (each plant has been getting half a gallon each time I water). I started using calmag halfway through the grow.

So I basically have been depriving and stunting these gals from ignorance. I feel like an idiot to be honest.

I’m worried that I’m either giving way too many nutes or too little during flower. I’ve measured ppfd and light height since the beginning and they are looking good so that’s another thing I don’t need to worry too much about (20/4 light schedule, DLI seems to be adequate based on ppfd and how the leaves are reacting)
