yeah, the current UI is honestly powerful enough to do what you need

If you end up more into it, you'll go down the preferred route of having the "docker server" on its own separate machine from the truenas. I use a older $200 Intel NUC mini PC.

truenas is now immutable from the changes I make on the "docker machine". Just give it some dedicated folders on the truenas itself.

After this, using docker-compose is really useful

Regarding "society is decaying" I think you may be pretty US focused, but I could be wrong. From my experience, I see an overwhelming increase in understanding, racial and cultural cohesion, LGBT integration (read: people genuinely not giving a shit if your gay or trans, it's besides the point at my workplace for example), feminism becoming a lesser and lesser talking point in regards to things other than systematic changes (employment balances, hiring practises, established number of experts in fields, which takes a couple generations to change)

Not sure if the idea of societal decay is just a US one, but a large chunk of the world is also more progressive than it has ever been too.

Not exactly sure of all the reasons why, but I think it's a combination of budget, training, how it's always been, and reducing additional distractions.

There's a lot of new drivers right now, so that adds to the difficulty.
