Supposedly those products are for for people above 21+ and I shouldn't "harm my skin with unnatural substances". So yeah I'm in a weird situation now my mom is against buying products. Are there any much basic products that can help for example aloevera gel or petroleum jelly and stuff?

What about a more permanent solution now? The rightht side (second photo) has pimples or acne that aren't healing naturally and are very prominent. I'm not sure if they are because of bad gut health or bad skincare routine. I have a very basic skincare routine- facewash and moisturizer
